K-12 Tutors: Covering All School Subjects

I am the proprietor, Erica Pedersen.
I have been teaching for fifteen years. I have a language arts
background: a B.A. in English and an MFA in creative writing. I had
many interesting teaching experiences before starting I.E. Tutoring in
2003. I taught Freshman composition at the university level, reading
skills (including speed reading) to all ages through the Institute of
Reading Development and an English language class for pre-literate
adults. I have found that language is always intriguing to me. I enjoy
finding effective ways to help kids who struggle with reading and
writing. I continue to tutor in ESL and language arts while managing
I.E. Tutoring.
